Little things

I bake to relieve stress.
I sing lullabies at night before bed.
I always wake up at 7 am.
My brain kicks in at about 11 am.
I sew to meditate.
I bite the inside of my mouth.
I think I've started to get a handle on things.
I'd still like to sleep for 4 1/2 days.
